ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders over £100, orders below the value of £100 will be delivered at a cost of £5 within the UK, all orders are sent with DPD Express. Please note we now dispatch all orders from our warehouse in the UK.
Europe orders will be sent via DHL Express, estimated delivery time is within 3-5 business days, postage will be calculated at check out. Any customs and duties are payable by the customer.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Prices & Payment
All prices are automatically shown in GBP. We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, AfterPay and PayPal.
Order status and tracking
Please allow up to 7 days before querying your parcel. If you do not receive your parcel in the timeframe specified, please email email@example.com and provide us with your name, contact number and order number.
Please note we do not offer rain checks on sales or promotions when items are marked as sold out.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have taken great care to inspect every item, however we will happily exchange any item that is defective or faulty. We only offer exchange or credit note for change of mind, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will only be provided if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
If you wish to exchange or return an item for credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, order number and reason for exchange/return.
Please note that:
Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and be in its original condition as when it was received. If the items have been worn or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
- A refund will only be provided if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage.
- Shipping back to us for an exchange is not covered by The Nappy Society, this is at the customers expense.
